Landing Gear Robot Blasting System
ABB IRB4600 Six axes robot blasting system come with the seventh and eighth axis driven by ABB servo motor is specially design in this machine for blasting the landing gears in various specifications. And it is relatively good to install the landing gear in vertical direction during blasting. Media recovery system is consisting of scrapper and bucket elevator, which also can reduce the noise level then just using powerful blower. Two sets of double deck pressure pot system applied in this system for storing different size of aluminum oxide, and it can ensure media fill and recovery continuously and stable. PAKPAL made non-ferrous media flow control device had been configured for controlling the media flow rate. With internal hole blast gun and standard pressure type blast gun on the robot arm, the internal surface and the external surface of the landing gear can be blast simultaneously. If it is necessary for blast the little hole of landing gear, operator can replace the lance peening gun with standard blast gun onto the robot arm, and programming to start blasting.
